First day: Machame Gate - Machame camp (around 1135 mH ascent, descent 10 mH, about 4 hrs 35 min)

Second day: Machame Camp - Shira camp (about 905 mH ascent, 140 mH descent, about 4 hours 15 mins)

Third day: Shira Camp - Barranco camp (about 825 mH ascent (without Lavatower), 675 mH descent, about 5 hrs 50 min)

On this day the Lanschaft is initially always rocky - the rocky desert area. Shortly before the Barranco Camp wirds but something green, you walk through a forest of giant Senezien, wonderfull plant height in this still growing. 4th day: Barranco camp - Barafu camp (approx. 1185 mH ascent, 650 mH descent, about 6 hrs 40 min)

The fourth day of the tour has to offer a decent long stage, in absolute terms, only about 700 meters difference in altitude, but quite often it goes up and down again, and so on this day come together scarce 1200 meters altitude.
